Join award-winning food-writer and chef, Olia Hercules for her signature dumplings class. You will learn how to make sweet Poltava-style steamed varenyky, khinkali and manty. We will also learn how to make brown butter and Central Asian Uyghur dipping sauce. All dumplings cooked and eaten with salads and a glass of wine after the class. Vegetarian or vegan versions for each dumpling on request.
This class is not suitable for children under 12, always accompanied by an adult.
